WHAT TO EXPECT


The following points outline what you can expect from your first tutorial:

      • Juliet LynnDuring our initial conversation I establish your needs and level of experience.
      • I travel to you so that you are working on your own equipment.
      • I make sure that your computer is set up to meet your personal needs.
      • I explain each task using verbal explanation and visual demonstration.
      • I patiently guide you as you carry out tasks for yourself.
      • We take things at your pace and repeat steps until you feel confident.
      • We take notes so that you have something to refer to later.
      • We review what has been achieved together and discuss plans for the next
        session if applicable.
Tutoring sessions are for a minimum of one hour and usually not more than two. Depending on how far I am travelling, it may be necessary to arrange for a minimum session of one and a half hours.

It is possible for me to tutor couples or small groups of two or three friends and I will be happy to give you a price when we have discussed your requirements.

Payment is due in full at the end of each session and, should you need to cancel, then I respectfully request that you give me twenty-four hours' notice.
